We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please email us at hello@socialmadelocal.ca. Wait for confirmation before sending anything back, as we cannot accept items returned without prior approval. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit to use toward a future purchase.
